Join us for a coastal welcome party to kick off the wedding weekend! In place of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we’re gathering friends and family for a relaxed yet semi-formal evening by the ocean. Expect good food, great music, and stunning sunset views as we celebrate together before the big day. Dress code is semi formal — but think coastal chic—and come ready to mingle, toast, and soak up the seaside vibes!

Wedding Day Schedule

4:00 PM – Ceremony on the Beach
Please arrive a little early to enjoy a signature cocktail and take your seats—prelude music begins at 3:45 PM.

4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour at the Pool Bar
Join us for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and mingling by the pool while we sneak away for a few photos.

5:30 PM – Dinner & Reception Under the Tent
We’ll invite everyone to be seated for dinner, followed by our first dance and a welcome toast.

6:45 PM – Cake & Toasts
Sweet treats and heartfelt speeches from our favorite people.

7:50 PM – Dance Party Begins
Let’s hit the dance floor and celebrate into the night!

10:00 PM – Reception Concludes
We’ll wrap up the evening with full hearts and tired feet. Thank you for being part of our day!

Keep the celebration going with us poolside! Join us the day after the wedding for a laid-back pool party filled with sunshine, music, and good vibes. We'll have refreshing drinks, light bites, and plenty of floaties.

After the pool party, we’re planning a casual seafood boil (BYOB!) and would love to get a headcount—please let us know if you’re interested. This would be approximately $20 per person.
